The bearded beefcake looked like he was having a great time showcasing his steel buns as he headed in to make an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
And why not, for his dedication to exercise certainly seems to be paying off going by how well he filled his lovely leggings, which were embossed with the message Ellen For The Cure.
The Transformers hunk rounded off his distinctive ensemble by wearing a trendy Kinks T-shirt and a tatty pair of tennis shoes.
Of course, trendy Shia was gifted his distintive trousers by Ellen DeGeneres when he made an appearance on her show last week.
But that was merely a footnote in their thrilling discussion, which featured the Indiana Jones And The Crystal Skull star talking candidly about his wacky antics in recent months.
He confessed he was put in restraints after spitting on a police officer during his disorderly conduct arrest at a New York theatre earlier this year.
The 28-year-old told the funnywoman: ‘Jail was quite scary. I was there for, it felt like forever, I think 24 hours 25 hours.’
Shia admitted it was not the first time he had been arrested, though it was ‘the worst time.’
He added: ‘I really went all the way with it they put a Hannibal mask on me and a lead jacket. It was very scary.’
And when he was pressed on why the police had gone to such measures, he admitted just how out of control he had gotten.
The Nymphomaniac favourite said: ‘Yeah, I spit on a cop. That’s a no, no. I’m sorry if you’re watching dude I’m sorry. That was crazy, man.’
Shia, who is now being treated for alcohol addiction, did say he was recovering from his troubles.
He said: ‘I’m as good as I can be, sure.’
The actor was watching Alan Cumming and Michelle Williams in a Cabaret revival in June 24 when he started smoking cigarettes, yelling at the actors onstage, and swearing at security guards and hollering as he was escorted out: ‘Do you know who I am?’
When he got top the police station he spat on an officers feet arrest documents said he spat on an officer’s feet.
Last month he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, and under the deal if he stays in alcohol treatment for at least three months and out of trouble for six, he will be allowed to withdraw the guilty plea and the case will be dismissed.
