He has tried and tried and tried…but still he fails. Now, he will be naming his new album “Paula.” Is he laying it on thick (pardon the pun) or is he really a heartbroken guy just trying to mend his love?
Via NY Daily News:
Last June, singer Robin Thicke was basking in the glory of his hit song “Blurred Lines” being dubbed as one of the No. 1 songs of the summer, but this year he is turning his musical success into a tactic to win his wife back.
The 37-year-old crooner will be naming his next album “Paula,” a rep for the star confirmed to US Weekly.
The record is set to be released on July 1 and will feature the love ballad “Get Her Back” and assumingly many more tracks dedicated to his estranged spouse.
The couple, who have been together since their teen years, announced their separation in February after nine years of marriage.
They share 3-year-old son Julian together.
Thicke’s name revelation for his album marks just one of the many public attempts he has made to get one more chance from Patton.
The 38-year-old actress spoke out about the duo’s split in the June issue of Vanity Fair, telling the mag, “There’s a deep love there — always was, and always will be.”
